Originally a three bedroom ground floor bungalow, this project necessitated the complete covering of the building with a temporary roof. The existing roof was then totally removed, a new roof constructed two metres higher then converted to provide two spacious bedrooms and an additional first-floor bathroom. The master bedroom incorporated a dressing room.

The project added around 70% to the total floor space of the existing building and was completed to a programme of sixteen weeks. (A similar project was completed recently in Staines, Middlesex).

This two storey extension comprised an extended lounge, garage kitchen/dining room and incorporated enlargement of all four bedrooms adding an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.

The project added around 50% to the total floor space of the building and was completed to a programme of fourteen weeks.

A local project involved design and remedial work including removing load bearing wall to create a larger kitchen and dining area. Re-design kitchen and fix new, including new floor covering, spotlights, sensor plinth and under cupboard lights and decorations.

Ground floor extension of approximately 20 m² for a domestic client in Godalming, including an entirely new fully fitted Kitchen and Utility Room. Contract duration 10 weeks.

50 m² loft conversion and ground floor extension including complete re-fit of the existing house for a domestic client in Woking. The project included the design, construction and installation of a bespoke, purpose made oak staircase and made to measure aluminium 'bi-fold' doors. Contract duration 20 weeks.

Two storey residential extension of appoximately 50 m² to the rear of a property in Hersham. Providing additional living space in the form of a kitchen, a dining room and a conservatory on the ground floor, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor. The project also included the complete re-rendering of all external walls . Contract duration 16 weeks.
