Project 1 - Disabled Adaptation for Primary School

Disabled adaptation works for Primary School including external lift, building control approved hand railings, access ramps and steps.

Project 2 - Extension to Wilmington School

Single storey extension to school

New school WC area

School ground floor extension approx. 120m² creating DDA compliant WC’s, enlarged offices and storage rooms for school. The project was completed within programme and budget and led to phase 2, 3 and 4 WC refurbishments which was carried out during school summer holidays over the next 3 years.

Project 3 - St John's Primary School Extension

Extension to Primary School and Children's Centre

Primary school ground floor extension approx. 60m² creating enlarged children’s centre and offices. Works were carried out with independent architect and incuded works from demolition to decorations and external hard landscaping. The project had to be completed during the 6 weeks summer holidays, despite a lead in time of 4 weeks for the manufacturer of the windows we were able to complete the works before the school re-opened.

Project 4 - Extension to Chobham Primary School

Local primary school ground floor extension approx. 80m² creating new WC, enlarged reception and office areas, these works were carried out during school term with minimum of disturbance to the school. Noisy operations were carried out at weekends to prevent and disturbance to the school. Despite the sensitivity of the project and with the co-operation of the school staff in particular the site manager the works were completed on time.
